When in doubt, it doesn't hurt to turn your Delvfire off and back on again.
If your Delvfire has one of the following problems, it may be resolved with a restart:
- Not syncing with the app
- Sleep/activity data not appearing in the app
- Function button not responding
- Charged but doesn't turn on
- Not tracking your steps or other stats
How to reboot
Open the VeryFitPro app and navigate to Device > More > Reboot and then tap Confirm Reboot. This will back up your current data, restart your Delvfire and restore your data once this operation is complete.
