Many of our customers who have lost their trackers were able to find them again by trying these tips:
- Open the VeryFit app on your device and swipe down on the main page to see if you can sync with your tracker, if it's successful then it means your tracker is nearby.
- Look near your laundry. Many customers with trackers that feature a quick release clasp end up in the dirty laundry basket.
- Take your device to the area where you think you lost your tracker and try to sync it. If it syncs, you know your tracker is nearby.
- Try using a Bluetooth locator app to help you find your tracker. For iOS you can try LightBlue Explorer. For Android you can try Bluetooth Finder.
