Help Yourself
In some cases you can resolve order or delivery related issues without the need to contact Amazon by opening Amazon > Your Account > Your Orders. Here you can amend your order, delivery options or cancel the order altogether, providing it hasn't already been shipped.

- Select the item in question when prompted
- Selected I need more help when prompt
- Describe your issue in a few words and submit it, you will be connected to a human assistant
- Open the Amazon app on your mobile device
- Tap the Burger Menu option (bottom right of the app)
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Customer Service
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Contact Us
