How can I save/restore my activity data to/from the VeryFitPro cloud?

To ensure that your activity data is saved to the VeryFitPro cloud, you will first need to create a user account.

Create a User Account

  1. Open the VeryFitPro app
  2. Tap User from the menu at the bottom of the app
  3. Tap the Login or Register button at the top of the app (beneath the circular user icon)
  4. Tap the location where you live (e.g. United Kingdom)
  5. Tap Register (to the right of where it says Login)
  6. Enter your Email Address
  7. Enter a Password (must be 6 or more characters long)
  8. Tap the Register and Login button 
  9. Set a username (e.g. Mark), fill out the rest of your personal information, and tap Save
  10. You will be returned to the homepage of the app

Saving Your Activity Data to the VeryFitPro Cloud

To save your data to the cloud, you will first need to ensure that you are logged in. You will know that you are already logged in if you can see the Synchronise Now button at the bottom of the User page. If you don't see this button then tap Register and Login at the top of the page to login.

  1. Open the VeryFitPro
  2. Tap on the User menu option at the bottom of the app
  3. Tap on the Synchronise Now button, this will upload your activity data to the cloud. You will need to tap this button each time you want to backup your data to the cloud

Restoring your activity Data from the cloud to the VeryFitPro app

If you need to reinstall VeryFitPro on an existing or new device, you can restore your activity data from the cloud by logging into the newly installed app with your previously created user account. 

  1. Open the VeryFitPro app
  2. Tap User from the menu at the bottom of the app
  3. Tap the Login or Register button at the top of the app (beneath the circular user icon)
  4. Tap the location where you live (e.g. United Kingdom)
  5. Ensure Login is selected and enter your email address, password and tap Login 
  6. Tap Restore Now to download your previously saved activity data to the app
  7. Your data should now be restored

  • How can I download the cloud data to my desktop, as in a .csv file so I can put it into a spreadsheet?
